A 90-Second Video Recipe

Here’s a fun little piece. My garden is booming at the moment and I’m scrambling to either consume or in some way process everything as it ripens. I usually make a base tomato sauce from Roma tomatoes and then freeze it. Then, at some point in the winter, I thaw it and add the other ingredients I want.
The music is from the menu of some Nintendo N64 snowboarding game. We rented it back in… it must’ve been 1999. My friend “jammed” along to it by changing the selection of the menu. I included the track on my dextrometh* “Maximum Strength” collection. Anyway, I thought the corny music fit the corny production quality very well.
