Snow Shadows: Split-Screen

July 7, 2008

Over the course of March 7th to 8th of this year, the northeast was hit with a massive snow storm. Those days were grey, dark and oppressive, almost apocalyptic. Then, on Sunday the 9th, I woke-up and the skies were clear, the sun was shining, the birds were chirping… what a turn-around! I had to get some footage.

So, I wanted to see how deep the snow was in my backyard and I also wanted to try synching-up two independent video sources. This is the result of that test.

P.S. — This was originally intended to be included in another project I’m working-on, but last night I decided it was actually meant for this site. Very wierd revisiting this one when it’s hitting 90-degrees outside.
